Graduate Students needed in following branches of RHFL on retainer basis for 12 months contract period

Eligibility:

  • Age definitely not exceeding 25 years as on 26-02-2019
  • Any Graduation, preferably B Com, in 10+2+3 format via standard classroom study course from a UGC acknowledged university. Graduates coming from Open University will not be considered.
  • Preference shall be offered for relevant before practical experience in operations/sales/retail credit.
  • Fluency in Marathi in addition to English is a must.

Final Date of Reciept of Job application: Jan 30, 2019.

Note:

  • The engagement is solely as a Trainee and it won’t entitle the trainee to any permanent employment / usual job in this Company in the course of or immediately after end of contract time period or to any of the benefits/ rights open to the regular workforce members of the Company
  • Nevertheless, soon after completion of training, if the overall performance is identified adequate, trainee shall be given appropriate prospect for regularization under appropriate cadre under the extant rules & polices of the Company.
  • During the time period of training session routines if the Company thinks that trainee seriously isn’t efficient at continuing the training, the Company may at its discretion end the sessions at any point of time with no assigning any explanation and without the prior notice.
