“I solemnly swear ...” To whom?
I must frankly admit that sometimes I want to say to some journalists in the hearts: “What the hell are you doing in this profession, publishing unverified information, participating in information wars, receiving money in envelopes, but at the same time you do not forget to yell about freedom of speech when you are protected? against the wall. "

Business "in law"
I remember a caricature from the Literary Gazette of the era of perestroika and glasnost: the book scribe has two books on the table: the first is called “The Law” and costs 5 rubles, and the second is “How to get around the law” - 25 rubles. The fact that you can make money selling legislation shows examples from Uzbekistan.

Not a single poppy ...
Panjshir Province is the most calm and stable developing region of present-day Afghanistan. As a result, a large financial flow is currently flowing here, and numerous international organizations are increasing their humanitarian activities here every day. The only caveat: all this happens under the direct control of the military.

Trump interests
After the events in Andijan, relations with Russia strengthened, as it supported the actions of Tashkent in the “struggle for security”. At the same time, the West turned away from Uzbekistan, accusing it of not respecting human rights and of killing innocent people.

Taming the water
The Government of Tajikistan proposes to create a consortium for Lake Sarez. Such a proposal was voiced at the last international conference on water-related natural disasters that took place on June 27-29. The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rakhmon, during his speech at this conference, noted that the proper use of the water resources of Lake Sarez can, on an ongoing basis, provide ecologically pure drinking water to more than 40 million people in the Central Asian region.

Vertical "Renaissance"
The current week has finally clarified the vision of the future structure of Turkmenistan by the Turkmen authorities themselves. A draft of the Constitution of the country was published, as stated in the accompanying documents: "for national discussion."
