He graduated from middle school. №15 Yavan district. In 1978 he entered the full-time department of the Tajik Philology faculty of the Tajik State University. He began his career as a correspondent for the Komsomolii Tojikiston newspaper in 1984. In 1991, the staff of the newspaper “Javononi Tojikiston” (formerly “Komsomoli Tojikiston”) elected me editor-in-chief, and in 1993, due to changes in the country's leadership, he was relieved of the post of editor-in-chief. In 1994, he was appointed deputy editor-in-chief of the Posukh newspaper, an organ of the Union of Journalists of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan. In early 1996, after a business trip to the United States was dismissed. In 1996, together with the Oli Somon Foundation, he established the independent newspaper Istiklol (“Independence”), which was published until mid-1998. In 1998-2000, he worked as deputy editor-in-chief of the branch newspaper “Andoz” (“Tax”) of the Tax Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2000, he began working at the National Association of Independent Media in Tajikistan (NANSMIT). Together with the training center "Manizha" published a newspaper for the NGO "Constellation". In 2001-2002, he worked as chief editor of the newspaper "Time and Money." Since 2002, he has been working permanently at NANSMIT, he has been acting as the coordinator of the project “Monitoring violations of the rights of journalists in Tajikistan”.
