He covered the activities of NGOs, youth organizations. He worked as the head of the department of social and political programs, the chief editor of the information program in the Uzbek language. The author of such programs as: the talk show “My City” (the program was broadcast in the “hot line” style), the weekly information and analytical program “Jarayon” (“Process”), which highlighted important social and political events in the Samarkand region.

He studied at the international school for the production of news organized by Internews - Ukraine and the Thomson Foundation in Kiev, Ukraine.

I continue journalistic activities, preparing TV programs for the Central Asian television magazine Open Asia, the TV program Muslims of the Russia TV channel RTR (Russian Federation), I am preparing materials for the Tribune web site. Oz and I cooperate with the international center for the retraining of journalists.
In 2002, with the support of IREX, launched the information and analytical website Samarqand report.
Along with this, with the help of Internet resources, he organized discussions on topical issues such as access to information under conditions of total censorship, the work of reporters and journalists in extreme situations, on the ethics of journalists, as well as the problems of journalists in covering conflicts in which government forces were drawn. The participants of these online discussions were colleagues, young journalists from the regions of Uzbekistan. IREX provided technical assistance in organizing these chats.
In 2003, he created the “Samarkandnews” newsletter on modern problems of journalism and journalistic materials about today's Uzbekistan.
Participated in many journalistic conferences, competitions and seminars. He was awarded prizes mainly at competitions organized by international organizations, supporting independent journalists, freedom of speech and media development.
